Senior Product Manager - Digital Services

We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for a vibrant and strategic thinking Digital Services Senior Product Manager to be part of our Product team. You have a challenging mission for: Building, growing and monetizing a portfolio of digital services, shaping product strategy, driving innovation, and delivering integrated propositions that enhance customer experience and business performance.

What you will do

Build, grow and monetize a portfolio of digital services Shape the digital product strategy ensuring alignment with customer needs, business priorities and commercial goals Develop deep understanding of customer behaviors, operational challenges, and digital maturity levels by deep diving into customer insights through research, interview, market intelligence and feedback loops Drive product innovation aligned with market trends, customer pain points, and commercial objectives.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard third-party digital services Build integrated service propositions that complement core connectivity offerings. Manage the full product lifecycle from concept and business case development to launch, optimization, and retirement. Lead and evolve the digital product chapter, building a culture of accountability, ownership and disciplined execution Lead relationships with external solution providers, evaluate based on customer value, scalability, and commercial viability and negotiate commercial models, services levels, and partnership agreements Influence effectively across teams, and stakeholders, navigating complex environments and removing blockers to maintain momentum Design and end to end execute go to market strategy; define bundles, enable sales channels, orchestrate internal stakeholders to define communication strategy Define business case and pricing strategy Monitor product performance, customer adoption, engagement, and profitability Ensure seamless customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, activation, support, and renewal.

It would be great if you have: Strong product management experience in telecommunications, technology, SaaS, or digital services Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into commercial product propositions. Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and third-party partnership models. Commercially minded with analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital product development practices.
