Pre-Press Operator – Manufacturing | Day Shift | 12-Hour Shifts PPC Flex – Rome, GA Schedule: 12-Hour Day Shift | 3/2 Rotating Schedule Join Our Manufacturing Team! PPC Flex is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Pre-Press Operator to join our Rome manufacturing team! If you have experience in manufacturing, machine operation, printing, or quality control and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Set up and operate printing equipment according to production specifications. Monitor print quality, color accuracy, and production standards. Use color measurement equipment, including X-Rite Densitometers. Inspect materials, inks, and finished products to ensure quality. Read and follow production orders, job instructions, and specifications.

Complete production reports, quality checks, and required documentation. Perform basic equipment maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized. Work closely with production operators and team members to maintain efficient operations. Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety standards.

What We're Looking For

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. Printing, pre-press, or color management experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
