JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Shifts will be scheduled between 6a-7p, 28 hours/week. Includes a mandatory every other weekend and every other holiday rotation Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food items according to recipes and standards Provide friendly and efficient customer service Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately Stock and replenish food, beverage, and retail items Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment Monitor product quality and follow food safety guidelines Support team operations and assist with other duties as assigned Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift, carry, stock, push, and pull supplies and equipment Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks JOB QUALIFICATIONS 1-2 years Barista experience or equivalent Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent About Us At Cincinnati Children’s, we come to work with one goal: to make children’s health better.
