We are working with an Aircraft Leasing platform who are expanding its Trading team in Dublin and hiring a VP or SVP to manage existing and originate new trading counterparties. THE ROLE: Develop new and existing relationships with account base for all origination & sales opportunities through effective phone and face to face networking Work closely with the Head of Trading to identify suitable aircraft sales candidates from the portfolio and lead sales strategies Identify and execute suitable origination opportunities Respond in a timely manner to narrow body and wide body aircraft dispositions through a competitive bid process Be able to identify and execute engine leasing opportunities within designated account base Requirements Undergraduate degree preferred 7+ years of experience in the commercial aviation industry (trading, pricing, commercial) Complex commercial, contractual, and technical negotiations Self-motivated, natural leadership and ability to mould in many different situations Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills Benefits.
