FP&A Senior Associate

We are seeking an FP&A Senior Associate to join a leading Irish financial services firm in Dublin. Reporting to the Associate Director, you’ll be a strategic finance partner to the core business units. You’ll provide commercial insight and decision support that directly shapes performance and growth.

Responsibilities

Partnering with business unit managers to provide strategic analysis and actionable insights into performance. Leading the budgeting and forecasting process, including multi-year forecasts aligned to commercial objectives. Reviewing key business metrics and drivers, and modelling scenarios to support business cases and strategic decisions.

Identifying efficiency and cost-saving opportunities, and tracking the financial impact of investment plans. Enhancing finance processes and helping embed modern planning and analytics tools. Desirable Skills and Experience: A professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 5+ years’ experience in a similar finance role.

Experience in wealth management, capital markets, asset management or the wider financial services sector. Strong financial modelling, forecasting and scenario planning skills. Excellent business partnering skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders. Experience using technology to improve reporting and forecasting.
