Job Responsibilities

Administer prescribed medications to residents following established protocols. Assist elderly residents with daily living activities, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life. Maintain a positive attitude and a desire to provide compassionate care to our residents. Have flexibility in your work schedule, including availability for weekend shifts.

Collaborative Leadership: Serve as the Head Certified Residential Medication Aide, working collaboratively with other CRMAs and the Resident Care Director on assigned tasks.

Education

High school diploma or GED. Valid 40-Hour CRMA Certification. PSS or CNA certification is preferred but not required upon hire date. The company will pay for this certification as a benefit.

Qualifications

Compassionate and positive attitude. Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment with individuals of varied backgrounds. Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekend shifts.
