Supervisor Project Management (Telecom)

DEMAND MANAGEMENT , INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY Department Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in project management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in project management, preferably in the telecom industry, with a minimum of 2-4 years.
3. Understanding of telecom technologies, network infrastructure, and systems.
4. Strong leadership and team management abilities to guide technical teams.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Good-to-Have Criteria:
6. Advanced Certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or similar certifications. Additional certifications like ITIL, Six Sigma, or Agile certifications (ScrumMaster, etc.).
7. Knowledge of emerging telecom technologies (5G, KYC, etc.).
8. Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, OpenProject, Asana).
9. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools for managing projects.
