Kitchen Porter

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen, ensuring that chefs and kitchen staff have the support they need to deliver high-quality food in a safe, hygienic environment. To carry out all effective cleaning duties as instructed by the Sous Chef.

To ensure that all correct dosages are followed in all cleaning procedures. That all COSHH regulations are met. Ensure proper disposal of kitchen waste, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Empty bins regularly to prevent overflow and maintain a clean workspace To ensure that all chemicals are stored and kept apart from all food production and kept in COSHH storeroom.

To assist in making sure that the back of house areas is free of any blockages of goods or excess packaging and removed accordingly. To contribute to the building of staff relationships, morale and to take an active part in other colleagues welfare, safety and development.
