Responsibilities include

Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Answering call lights and responding promptly to resident needs Monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions Assisting with meals, hydration, and dining services Recording care provided and resident observations Helping create a warm, homelike environment Encouraging resident participation in activities and daily routines Working as part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to exceptional care What We're Looking For Current Connecticut CNA certification and active registry status Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to document care using a computer Previous long-term care or senior living experience is preferred but not required Our CARES Culture At Pomperaug Woods, we believe every resident deserves personalized care delivered with compassion and respect.
