Duties and Responsibilities

Set up/tear down of special events Clean up following events Ensuring that quality client/customer standards are upheld at all times Take direction from manager(s) as assigned Key Competencies Able to comprehend, retain, and carry out instructions Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize conflicts Works well under pressure and respond to urgent maintenance issues Excellent guest service and communication skills Works well alone and in a team environment, self-starter, and reliable Physical Requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions Ability to lift, push/pull weight of up to 50lbs+ Long shifts during events Demanding physical labor Environmental Working Conditions May be exposed to variable temperatures including extreme hot and cold Will work around dust and allergens Hours Position requires flexibility.

Time schedule will vary based on booked events. Applicant should expect night and weekend work on a regular basis and possibly some holiday work. This position is contingent on the successful completion of both a pre-employment background check as well as drug test. Applicants who fail to satisfactorily complete any required pre-employment requirement, provide false or misleading information during the hiring process, or otherwise fail to meet the minimum qualifications of the position may be removed from consideration or have an offer of employment withdrawn.
