We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In this role, you will help promote healing, prevent skin breakdown, and improve resident outcomes through specialized wound care and individualized treatment plans. What You’ll Do: Assess, treat, and monitor wounds while documenting healing progress. Develop and implement wound care plans in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

Identify residents at risk for skin breakdown and implement preventative interventions. Communicate changes in wound status and treatment needs to the appropriate care team members. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support compliance with wound care standards. Collaborate with nursing staff to promote effective wound care practices and pressure injury prevention.

Qualifications

Passion for working with the senior population and improving resident outcomes. Current, active RN or LPN license in the State of Nevada. Previous wound care experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute setting required. Strong knowledge of wound assessment, treatment, documentation, and pressure injury prevention.

Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members. EEO Statement “Be here.
