Manager, Solution Architecture

Design and govern enterprise application solutions supporting a portfolio of solutions development, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance across regions Translate business requirements into robust, modular architecture, harmonizing front-end leasing platforms with back-end transactional and reporting systems Develop global standard templates and integration frameworks to enable consistent, efficient system connectivity and data integrity Define and uphold application standards, oversee system integration, and act as custodian for core data entities to support unified global reporting Ensure solutions meet regulatory, audit, and data privacy requirements, embedding controls for availability, disaster recovery, and access management Collaborate with business, product, and delivery teams to align requirements, resolve architectural issues, and drive continuous improvement in system performance and maintainability

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines Minimum 5 years of proven experience in solution and architecture design, ideally with exposure to Finance, HR and ERP related systems. Background from commercial, real estate, property management or financial services industries will be a plus Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and real estate business processes.

Familiarity with system development life cycle methodologies, and knowledge in technology architecture, information principles, processes Strong interpersonal, analytical and planning skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executives, cross-functional teams, vendors, and other business stakeholders Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
