Building, updating and maintaining project schedules Updating project data (planning, resources, budget) in Smartsheet / PPM tools Coordinating meetings and project follow up with stakeholders Preparing project level dashboards and status reports Applying project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) Participating in continuous improvement of project management practices Update project data periodically (schedule, resources, budget, etc.)

using the Smartsheet tool. Be committed to operational activities. Be motivated in building schedules and have leadership skills in engaging the teams involved, directing them towards a single objective. To be the guardian of the process, reviewing stages, proposing improvements, controls, and project documents that guarantee the traceability of decisions and history, in an objective and non-bureaucratic manner.

To implement and maintain appropriate communication and reporting tools to meet the needs of stakeholders and keep them committed to the success of the project/program and high profitability of the portfolio.
