Front Desk Associate

Front Desk Associate – Full-Time and Part-Time Home2 Suites by Hilton Elkhart About the Role Be the first point of contact for our guests at Home2 Suites by Hilton Elkhart. We are hiring both full-time and part-time Front Desk Associates. Open availability is required (mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays).

Responsibilities

• Perform guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and process payments accurately.
• Use the property management system (PMS) to manage room assignments, folios, and guest records.
• Deliver warm, efficient Hilton-standard guest service and respond to guest requests and concerns.
• Promote Hilton Honors and hotel amenities.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and complete shift reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and front desk area.
• Uphold safety, security, and emergency procedures.

Requirements

• Open availability required for full-time and part-time schedules.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; hotel or retail experience preferred.
• Comfortable with computers and PMS systems; cash handling ability.
• High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
