Hotel Bistro Attendant (Server/Bartender) – Part-Time with Tips The Bistro at Courtyard by Marriott Elkhart About the Role Join The Bistro at Courtyard Elkhart as a part-time Bistro Attendant. This is a part-time position with tips. Deliver friendly, efficient food and beverage service to our hotel guests and local visitors.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Prepare and serve beer, wine, and cocktails (must be 21+ for beverage service).
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and balance at end of shift.
• Keep the Bistro, bar, and service areas clean, stocked, and sanitary.
• Follow food safety, responsible alcohol service, and Courtyard brand standards.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and support teammates as needed.

Requirements

• Friendly, guest-focused attitude; prior restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21+ to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
