Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Sarasota, FL 34239 Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Sarasota, FL. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patient health conditions and record relevant information. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Provide patient education and support to promote health and wellness.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies. Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols. Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Work Environment This position is based in Sarasota, FL 34239, and may involve working in a hospital, clinic, or other healthcare settings. The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting or moving patients, and working various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
