EZConcept Sales Support

Studco Building Systems are looking for an Inside Sales and Customer Service Specialist for EZConcept! You will be responsible for following up Job Reports, talking to and following up Architects, Following up Quotations, Researching Projects, Following Projects, Entering Orders and anything else that is needed by the Sales Department.

These Quotations will then be processed into Orders. KEY EFFECTIVENESS AREAS/RESPONSIBILITIES Duties & Responsibilities Main Activities: Enter Orders into the Netsuite System. Telemarketing to Potential Clients and Architects on the EZY-JAMB System Support Independent Sales Reps and supply them with Marketing material and Inside Support Working with Customers on Projects that use our frame This frame is very contemporary – a flare for Contemporary look is preferable Assisting Sales Support with Quotes and Orders – This can include Order entry and follow-up.

Sending out Samples to Qualified Prospects and Architects Enter Leads into Database Understand and maintain confidentiality relating to all business activities, especially relating to manufacturing details and customer/ supplier details. Insure employees are doing the same. Review Job Reports – CDM and other reports to source and Track projects Performs other related duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Management Main Activities and Performance standards: Work as a team with the Sales department to do whatever is needed.

Have great Phone and Communication Skills Manage time in an effective manner. Confidentiality is paramount.
