Job description
The Mechanical Technician Coach leads the mechanical maintenance function across HKN Syria’s production and gas processing facilities, ensuring the reliability, availability, and integrity of static and rotating equipment. The role supervises the mechanical maintenance team and plans, coordinates, and executes maintenance, overhauls, and troubleshooting of pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, valves, and static equipment to support safe and continuous production.
The position requires strong mechanical engineering and maintenance knowledge, hands-on leadership experience, and the ability to improve reliability, manage technicians, respond to breakdowns, and comply with HSSE and permit-to-work requirements.
