Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Job Type: Contractor Charlin Healthcare Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. As a COTA, you will work closely with licensed occupational therapists to provide high-quality therapy services to patients in need.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans under the supervision of licensed occupational therapists
• Conduct therapy sessions in patients' homes to help improve their daily living skills, mobility, and overall function
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and communicate effectively with the therapy team
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques
• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards as outlined by state and federal regulations Requirements:
• Current certification as a COTA
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a home health setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
