CNC Machinist

The CNC Machinist sets up and operates CNC lathes with Fanuc controls to produce precision components in a low-volume manufacturing environment. This position interprets blueprints, enters code for speed, feed, and cutting parameters, and adjusts tooling and offsets to meet dimensional tolerances.

Responsibilities include

calculating and verifying part dimensions using precision measuring instruments, performing daily equipment maintenance, ensuring proper machine lubrication before operation, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
