Inside Sales

This role supports sales growth by maintaining and expanding the company’s customer base, achieving weekly sales targets, and providing exceptional service to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities include

preparing accurate, timely quotes, processing sales orders based on system lead times and product availability, and responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns. The position builds strong customer relationships, explains product and service features, and coordinates with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Shipping to communicate order changes, bill of materials requirements, and rework needs to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
