Material Services- 1st shift

Material Services-1st shift IB-Tech is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Material Services team member to support daily manufacturing operations. This role helps ensure materials are received, tracked, and delivered where they’re needed to keep production running efficiently. Education

& Experience Requirements 1–2 years of relevant, job-specific experience. Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire others. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with Plex or other ERP systems preferred. Primary Roles & Responsibilities Maintain 5S standards and workplace organization. Manage warehouse operations and material control for imported and domestic materials. Oversee all cycle counts at Warehouse #2 and maintain inventory accuracy. Coordinate daily manpower assignments.

Manage receiving operations, FIFO material pulling, and pass-through inventory control. Coordinate return trailers in transit to IBT. Oversee returnable container control and shipments to Japan. Identify and resolve operational issues within assigned responsibilities. Perform additional duties as assigned. Complete required training in accordance with IB-Tech’s training matrix and applicable ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
