ABOUT OUR AGENCY : Since opening the agency in 2014, we've built a close-knit team focused on helping customers protect what matters most while creating a supportive and rewarding workplace. Before becoming an agent, I spent time as an Agent Aspirant, which helped prepare me to lead and grow a successful agency. Born and raised in Louisiana, I'm married with three children, and family is at the center of everything I do.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate for {{ account.name }}, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
