Dietary Aide

Job description:

The Dietary Aide supports daily kitchen operations by setting up resident dining trays and keeping kitchen equipment clean. This position combines tray assembly during meal times with primary dishwashing duties between services to maintain kitchen sanitation.

Responsibilities

Wash dishes and cooking equipment using commercial dishwashers and three-compartment sinks. Assemble meal trays according to daily resident diet cards. Transport food carts to residential areas and return soiled trays to the dish room. Clean and sanitize food preparation stations and dishwashing work areas. Restock clean dishware and tray setup supplies for upcoming shifts.
