Responsibilities

Execute prescribed physical therapy interventions under the direction of supervising physical therapists Guide residents through gait training and therapeutic exercise routines Record daily treatment notes and progress entries in the electronic documentation system Communicate resident status updates and physical changes to nursing staff Assist with gym equipment setup and resident transfers during treatment sessions
