Sr. Sustaining Engineer, Electromechanical Systems
Job description
The Sr. Sustaining Engineer, Electromechanical Systems, will focus on maintaining and improving existing electromechanical products to ensure consistent quality, performance, and on-time delivery. They will troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in a short time frame, implement design enhancements, and coordinate changes with Quality Assurance, Operations, and Research & Development teams.
The Sr. Sustaining Engineer, Electromechanical Systems, will conduct root cause analysis, lead value engineering initiatives, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency. They will manage and document engineering changes using CAD software and PLM systems, ensuring compliance with customer and engineering standards.
