About the Role

As a Car Care Consultant, you'll work closely with customers to present and sell a range of vehicle protection products and aftercare solutions. Your ability to build trust, understand customer needs, and explain product benefits will be key to your success.

Key responsibilities include

Presenting vehicle protection and aftercare products to customers Building strong customer relationships and delivering outstanding service Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions Achieving and exceeding sales targets Maintaining accurate customer and sales records Working closely with Sales, Finance and Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience With uncapped commissions on offer, this role provides significant earning potential for driven and customer-focused professionals.

About You

Experience in automotive, retail, hospitality, finance or customer-facing sales A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence presenting products and closing sales Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset High attention to detail and strong organisational skills A current driver's licence Previous experience in aftermarket, F&I, warranty, vehicle protection products or automotive sales will be highly regarded but is not essential.
