Clinical Specialist (Oncology Pharmacist) - Remote

This dynamic exciting position allows the Oncology pharmacist to provide holistic care to meet the emotional, psychological, informational, and practical needs of patients while supporting Oncology clinics across Canada.

Your role

will include navigating the healthcare system and reimbursement through our HAVEN program. This role will be key at breaking down barriers for patient access to life changing medicines and supporting optimal patient care. The Haven Oncology Pharmacist is responsible for managing patient care, will act as a primary point of contact to their assigned health care providers (HCP) and ensure patients are provided easy access to the prescribed therapy.
