General Manager

The General Manager will guide the property’s financial performance by monitoring budgets, expenses, revenue, financial reports, tenant billing, and receivables while working with owners and asset managers to achieve business objectives. They will oversee daily property operations, maintenance, safety, and sustainability initiatives while building positive tenant relationships, supporting leasing and marketing efforts, and strengthening community engagement.

The successful candidate will also lead and develop onsite staff, promote teamwork and accountability, and ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
