Job Summary

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of professional baking experience , be committed to maintaining high food quality standards, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, desserts, and other bakery products. Ensure all baked items meet the company's quality and presentation standards. Follow recipes and maintain consistency in production. Monitor ingredient inventory and inform management of stock requirements. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety standards.

Operate and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of products.

Requirements

Requirements Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Baker in a hotel, restaurant, café, or bakery. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices. Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines. Good teamwork and communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
