Skilled Labor Production Workers (Day & Night Opportunities)

We are currently looking for Skilled Labor Production Workers to join our team! Help make and package organic food people love. We’re looking for team members for three opportunities: Case Packer Operator – Packaging Set up and operate case packing and robotic palletizing equipment. Adjust settings, troubleshoot jams and complete production checks to keep our packaging lines running smoothly.

Dump Station Operator – Processing Weigh, measure and batch dry ingredients according to recipes. Operate equipment, monitor ingredient flow and verify labels to keep production accurate and consistent. Scale Operator – Packaging Set up and operate scale systems, verify ingredients and recipes, and monitor product flow.

Adjust equipment, complete quality checks and support machine operators as needed. What you’ll bring: Attention to detail, a team-focused attitude and a commitment to safety and food quality. Manufacturing or equipment experience is an asset. Roles involve standing for 12-hour shifts and regularly lifting up to 50 lbs.
