What You’ll Do Fabricate Custom Products: Fabricate parts for high-end site furnishings, waste & recycling receptacles, and golf course amenities using a variety of equipment, including table saws, drill presses, routers, shapers, etc. Follow Build Plans: Read and interpret work orders and bills of materials. Quality Inspection: Inspect finished materials, plastic lumber components, fasteners, and hardware to ensure products meet quality and visual standards. Drive Team Goals: Collaborate with team members across the shop floor to meet daily production targets safely and efficiently. What We’re Looking For: Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable working with a variety of woodworking equipment. Eye for Quality: Strong attention to detail to ensure seamless fit and finish on customized products. Reliability: Dependable work ethic, good attendance, and a team-first mindset. Experience: Previous fabrication, manufacturing, or woodworking experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
