Job Details: Job Location: EA Central TX Branch Office

• Kyle, TX, Salary Range: $12.00 - $14.00Hourly, Environmental Allies is hiring three full-time Field Laborers for immediate openings at 278 Edwards Drive, Kyle, TX 78640. Starting pay is $12-$14 per hour based on experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday with 10-hour shifts, typically about 50 hours per week. Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half after 40 hours. Some weekend work may be required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Unload tools, prepare jobsite materials, stack materials, and set up equipment
• Follow instructions from the construction manager or field supervisor
• Install outdoor fencing using hand tools and trenchers
• Install stormwater pollution prevention controls
• Use construction, landscaping, and maintenance tools safely
• Prepare jobsites by digging, moving dirt, and compacting work areas
• Assist craft workers and other field personnel as needed
• Clean debris and keep tools and equipment properly stored
• Follow all company health and safety requirements
• Complete assigned work safely and efficiently Qualifications: Qualifications and Physical Requirements
• Able to work outdoors in heat, rain, wet areas, and muddy conditions
• Able to lift up to 40-50 pounds and carry equipment weighing 20-40 pounds
• Able to walk, bend, stoop, dig, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Able to safely use hand tools, landscaping tools, and basic construction equipment
• Dependable attendance and ability to report to the Kyle, Texas worksite
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Construction or landscape-maintenance experience is preferred but not required Schedule and Pay
