Our Host/Hostess's primary responsibility is to satisfy our guests by ensuring that guests are greeted warmly upon entry and over the phone. The Host/Hostess guides the guest through the ordering and payment procedures, exceeding their expectations through exceptional food knowledge and hospitality. The Host/Hostess solves small problems as they arise and keeps people as happy as possible and handles all requests in a positive manner. Host/Hostesses must be thoroughly familiar with Lawry's appearance standards, safety procedures, and the overall operation of our kitchen and dining room.
