Enterprise Data Governance Manager

The Data Governance Manager establishes and operates GAINSCO's enterprise data governance program, ensuring data is trusted, well-defined, secure, and fit for use across all business lines, including underwriting, claims, operations, finance, and marketing. Operating within the Data & Analytics team, this role manages day-to-day governance operations, builds and maintains data standards and stewardship practices, supports master data management initiatives, and enables the responsible use of data and AI across the organization.
