Payroll Support Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Payroll Support Analyst based in Brazil. As a Payroll Support Analyst, you will help ensure accurate, timely, and reliable payroll operations while delivering responsive support to employees and managers.

You will contribute to key payroll activities, including employee data updates, timekeeping validation, payment processing, and routine reconciliations. Acting as the first point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, you will manage support cases, investigate routine issues, and ensure requests are resolved within established service levels.

You will work with payroll systems and service management tools while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with internal procedures. The role requires strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to manage sensitive information in a deadline-driven environment. You will also support reporting and audit activities, helping strengthen payroll processes and the overall employee experience.
