Area Sales Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Area Sales Director based in the United States (Remote). This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced medical technology sales professional to drive commercial growth and strengthen market presence across a designated territory.

In this role, you will lead and develop a regional sales organization, overseeing sales managers, sales representatives, and distributor partners to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability targets. You will be responsible for shaping sales strategies, optimizing territory performance, and translating business objectives into effective commercial plans.

Working closely with Marketing, Corporate Accounts, and other cross-functional teams, you will identify new growth opportunities and strengthen relationships with key customers and industry influencers. You will also play a critical role in coaching talent, improving field sales effectiveness, and expanding adoption of innovative bone growth stimulation therapies.
