Restaurant Manager Harriet's Hamburgers Job Summary: The Restaurant Manager supervises our restaurants' operations and financial objectives. This involves increasing sales and profitability, implementing controls, managing inventory and systems, and ensuring financial accountability. Key focus areas include enhancing team performance for guest service and hospitality, food preparation, and sales. Additionally, the manager oversees the hiring, training, and retention of employees in accordance with company guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities

· A true “people person” promoting exceptional and gracious service · Always maintain a professional image · Love your job, and it shows, you are happy, and your enthusiasm is contagious · Run great shifts · Daily direct supervision of all staff and ongoing coaching · Hiring, onboarding, training, and team documentation · Interacting with guests to ensure great service and hospitality. Lead by example · Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to work efficiently and efficiently · Competency in counting money, processing payments, and accounting · A genuine commitment to excellence and success of the business · Create a positive work environment and maintain our company brand culture Benefits: paid time off (PTO)/vacation days, healthcare and 401K contributions, and opportunities for future growth within the hospitality group or new locations.

Pay: $50000 - $55000 per year
