Call Center Director — $110K+ Earning Potential Chicopee, MA | Full-Time | In-Person We Don’t Need Someone to Run a Call Center. We Need Someone to Make It Great. We’re looking for an experienced leader who knows how to motivate people, improve performance, and create a culture of accountability. Who We’re Looking For 3+ years of contact center management experience, including managing supervisors or team leads Experience in home improvement, in-home sales, appointment setting, or a similar environment strongly preferred A proven track record of improving team performance Strong coaching, analytical, and leadership skills Experience with CRM systems, dialers, and lead management Willingness to work some evenings and Saturdays Why Yankee Home?
