Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively, and a commitment to loss prevention.

The Security Officer will utilize surveillance equipment and enforce protocols to ensure the safety of the premises.

Responsibilities

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises. Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, providing first aid or CPR as necessary. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor in conflict situations. Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.

Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure safety protocols are followed. Assist in loss prevention strategies by identifying potential security risks.

Qualifications

Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must possess strong observational skills and attention to detail.
