Partner with business leaders to support organizational growth, workforce planning, and people strategies across digital, creative, and client service teams. Act as a trusted HR partner in managing employee relations, performance management, engagement, and talent development within a fast-paced digital agency environment.
Support organizational changes, team expansion, and business transformation initiatives. Drive employee engagement and culture programs that promote collaboration, creativity, and high performance. Collaborate with managers to identify capability gaps, succession planning, and employee development opportunities. Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, promotion, transfer, contract renewal, and offboarding.
Ensure HR practices comply with Indonesia labor regulations and company policies. Utilize HR data and insights to support decision-making and improve employee experience.
