Warehouse Executive

Seeking an experienced Warehouse Executive to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock movement, dispatch coordination, and documentation. The ideal candidate must be Hindi-speaking and capable of managing day-to-day warehouse workflows efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports Coordinate with transport teams, delivery partners, and internal departments Monitor stock levels and ensure materials are available as needed Handle GRN, picking, packing, and dispatch activities Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with operational standards Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports using MS Excel Supervise helpers and ensure smooth workflow execution Requirements Any Graduate 5–8 years of warehouse or logistics experience Must be able to speak Hindi Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation Ability to monitor workflow, manage manpower, and meet operational timelines
