Our Plantation team is currently looking for a sharp, proactive Client Performance Administrative Assistant to champion client partnerships, monitor operational metrics, and uphold rigorous compliance standards across our active portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison for nationwide institutional accounts, managing daily communications via phone, email, and complex client portals. Analyze performance scorecards, manage strict reporting deadlines, and spearhead internal workflows to resolve any processing delays. Audit file progression against strict regulatory and client timelines to prevent file stagnation.

Provide vital administrative support during internal quality audits, external client evaluations, and statutory compliance reviews. Compile comprehensive case histories and aggregate quantitative performance data for executive leadership. Partner closely with attorneys, paralegals, and default operations teams to ensure legal submissions meet strict court and investor timeframes.

Monitor, decode, and rapidly implement procedural changes, system alerts, and industry-wide directives.

Qualifications

Professional Experience: 2+ years of practical background in default services, bankruptcy law, real estate litigation, or mortgage servicing. Investor Guidelines: Solid working knowledge of GSE guidelines, such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA default timelines. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite combined with hands-on experience using legal management platforms like Perfect Practice, ICE, Tempo, ADR, or DRA.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written abilities tailored for presenting complex case updates to corporate stakeholders. Organization: Highly structured and detail-driven with a proven ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously. Teamwork: Capable of working autonomously with minimal oversight while driving cross-functional success across various legal departments.

Preferred Qualifications

Direct experience tracking, managing, or auditing client performance metrics; a working grasp of judicial and non-judicial foreclosure procedures; or professional exposure to audit defense or regulatory compliance within financial services.
