What You’ll Do Document Management: Draft, review, and file crucial foreclosure sale paperwork, notices, bidding instructions, and sale confirmations.

External Coordination: Maintain clear, effective communication with courts, sheriffs, auctioneers, vendors, and other external parties. Timeline Tracking: Closely monitor critical sale milestones to ensure every statutory and client deadline is strictly met. Due Diligence: Conduct thorough bankruptcy searches, military status verifications, and foundational legal research.

Client & Attorney Support: Provide reliable backup for our attorneys and address client inquiries with poise and professionalism. Data Verification: Review property details, legal descriptions, tax histories, and lien information to guarantee absolute accuracy. System Integrity: Keep our Case Management System and client portals updated with clean, precise records.

Post-Sale Execution: Handle complex post-sale workflows, including preparing deeds, processing surplus funds, and filing final confirmations. General Support: Assist with electronic court filings, high-volume mailings, and day-to-day administrative duties as required. What You Bring Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on Legal Assistant experience, preferably within foreclosure, real estate, or default servicing (direct foreclosure sale background is a major asset).

Education

A Paralegal Certificate, Associate Degree, or related legal studies. Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision and top-tier organizational habits. Communication: Professional, polished, and effective written and verbal communication skills. Adaptability: The agility to juggle multiple competing priorities smoothly in a high-volume atmosphere.
