Personal Banker
Job description
A Personal Banker is responsible for selling a full range of banking services and products with an emphasis on growing customer relationships and is actively engaged in outside business development. This position has primary responsibility for sales and service delivery. The position requires exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
The Personal Banker position actively participates in sales efforts and campaigns and customer service opportunities. Business development is also a primary focus and the Personal Banker must be able to manage time proficiently, make calls and maintain an active business pipeline.
