Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition

The Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and recruiting highly qualified professionals, with a particular focus on technical talent.

This position combines strategic sourcing with full-cycle recruitment, supporting hiring needs in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Working closely with hiring managers and HR partners, the successful candidate will translate workforce needs into effective recruitment strategies and build strong talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.

The role requires a proactive, adaptable professional who can manage multiple recruitment activities while delivering a positive candidate experience. This is a remote opportunity with a flexible work schedule that includes every other Friday off.
