Parts Counter Representative

Responsibilities

Assist customers (retail and service department) in selecting required parts Locate and order parts from internal and external sources as needed Maintain inventory levels and organize parts storage Accurately process parts orders, returns, and warranties Provide accurate pricing and availability information Coordinate with service technicians and managers to ensure timely parts delivery Requirements Qualifications: Previous experience in an automotive parts role a MUST!

Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to use electronic parts catalogs and dealership management systems Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Benefits: Opportunity to earn monthly bonuses based on the departments monthly gross.
