Job Title: Director of Innovation and Project Management Location: This position must be located in-person only, at any of our Cornerstone Bank (ND/SD) locations. What You’ll Do This position is responsible for leading the bank's efforts around Innovation and Project Management. This includes process improvement, efficiency and effectiveness recommendations, ownership clarity, change management leadership, clear roles and responsibilities, maximizing our use of data, and leading projects and innovation/project management team.

Partner with bank leadership to identify new ways to grow the bank, align goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For Critical thinking skills to review a process, understand it, develop options and recommend enhancements Proven ability to influence and lead people through change Thorough banking knowledge and knowledge of bank products and services Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and independent judgement with strong analytical skills Background & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance and 10+ years of banking experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.

10+ years of leading, coaching and mentoring people through change effectively is preferred.
