What You’ll Do This position is responsible for processing new account transactions, assisting customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services, cross-selling the Bank's products and services, maintaining and closing all account types, providing customers in reception area and over the phone with a variety of account-related service assistance, performing location clerical duties, and promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.

What We’re Looking For Ability to prioritize and make on-the-spot decisions regarding customer transactions, weighing customer satisfaction issues with Bank exposure to loss or fraud Knowledge of all bank deposit products and policies Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and communication skills Background & Experience High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of bank or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
