We are looking for someone with a solid Service. Now foundation who wants to develop further in Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) and Business Continuity Management (BCM). You do not need to arrive as a risk-management expert. What matters is that you understand Service. Now, enjoy translating requirements into working platform solutions, and are motivated to become knowledgeable in risk, governance and business continuity processes.

What to do: Understand business requirements and user stories related to IRM/GRC and BCM and translate them into effective Service. Now implementations. Configure and develop solutions on the Service. Now platform in collaboration with experienced platform and risk-management colleagues. Work with product owners, business analysts and subject-matter experts to clarify requirements and find pragmatic solutions.

Support testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of implemented risk and business continuity processes. Use your existing Service. Now knowledge while progressively developing deeper expertise in Service. Now IRM, GRC and BCM capabilities. Contribute to the quality, maintainability and long-term development of a Service.

Now platform used by more than 20,000 users across Erste Group. Become part of an agile team where knowledge sharing, collaboration and continuous learning are part of everyday work. You check these boxes: Several years of practical experience working with the Service. Now platform. Service. Now CSA or other certifications are highly valued.

A good understanding of Service. Now concepts, configuration and platform capabilities. Experience implementing requirements or user stories in Service. Now. Interest in developing expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC), Business Continuity Management (BCM) and risk-management processes. Previous experience with IRM, GRC, BCM or risk processes is an advantage, but is not a prerequisite.

Experience in regulated industries such as banking, insurance, or the public sector is a strong advantage An analytical mindset and an interest in understanding the business process behind a technical requirement. Ability to work collaboratively with technical colleagues and business stakeholders. A structured, independent way of working and willingness to take ownership of your stories.

Good English communication skills in an international working environment.
